RMA process


All defective products can be returned within 90 days from the original purchase date.
Any visibible damages on the products like deep scratches, broken screens, torn flex cables etc will not be refunded

Possible reasons for RMA

1.Wrong product received.

If you received a wrong item please contact us immediately and follow the rma proccess. In the meanwhile you can order the right item again.

2.Transport damage
Do you have any transport damage or visible damage to your products? Please report this immediately. E-mail us photos of the damaged products and when necessary of the packaging

3.DOA (Dead on arrival)
if the product you have ordered is DOA, please provide us  as much info or explanation of the product’s defect (lcd problem,pixel problem etc)
For products which are DOA, always leave them in the original packaging and plastic material!

4.Wrong ordered or customer did not show up.
It may happen that you have ordered the wrong product . As long as the product is in new condition and we can sell it again, we have absolutely no problem with taking a product back and refunding the amount you have paid.
Note :incorrect item orders that fail to open a RMA ticket, within 3 work days upon receipt, will be denied !

5. Samsung service part Display.
Samsung service part screens will only be accepted for RMA when they are uninstalled and in original packaging.
We advise you to test the screen before installing it.
