You need to register with EMC because we only supply to companies operating in the electronics and telecom sector. Through your registration, we can verify this and prevent unfair competition within our target audience.

We only use your data for business purposes and do not share it with third parties. We handle your data with care and comply with the applicable laws and regulations. If you wish to close your account and have your data removed, please let us know.

Once you have created an account and your account has been verified, you are ready for your first order. The ordering process is as follows:

• Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart.
• Open your shopping cart.
• Proceed to checkout.
• Fill in your personal details (order step 1).
• Choose a payment method (order step 2).
• Confirm your order (order step 3).
• Wait for the order confirmation (order step 4).

For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge a surcharge of €5 excluding VAT. Orders over €95 in the Netherlands have free shipping.

For shipping to Belgium, we charge a surcharge of €8.50 excluding VAT. Orders over €350 in Europe receive free shipping.

For shipping costs to other countries, please contact our customer service.

You pay a one-time delivery fee per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. Even if your order is delivered in multiple parts, you only pay the delivery fee once.

Don't forget to add the products to your previous order when ordering.

In Stock:

If you see this, it means the product is available from our own stock. You can check the total stock of the product. If you order and pay for the product before 18:00, you can receive it within 48 hours.

Out of Stock:

This notification means the product is not available from stock. However, the product has been ordered from our suppliers. Once the products arrive, the stock will be updated on the webshop.

EMC stands by its products. If a product is not functioning or not to your satisfaction, we will provide a replacement product or give you a refund in the form of a credit note/voucher. We distinguish between warranty and other reasons. If a product is damaged or non-functional upon delivery or within the warranty period, a warranty applies.
